Amazing how often horses with "de" "du" or "des" in their name seem to win these days. Alot of em with French sounding names as well (what about Toner des O'Conner - if I had a nnovice chase I'd call him that). On that note - Quartz de Thaix in the next. If anyone could type Thaix in a sort of "speak it how it sounds" way I would be grateful. Is it like "tie"? I know its not "Thakes"
