Morning all,
I had this site in my 'history' but, being a complete numpty, I wiped the 'history' on my computer.
How are you all? I'll be back with the horses in about three weeks.
In the meantime, would you guys mind if I carry on mentioning my blog?
It has nothing to do with horses and I don't want to annoy anyone.

Morning all Been to the docs this morning and diagnosed with an "off-centre knee-cap" which leads to some rather painful chaffing on the old femur. Getting some speacial inserts made up for the shoes and siome physio. Banned from running on docs orders but swimming and cycling allowed.

That's the ticket Degs - all connected to my tendency to over-pronate, but I know a lovely blonde lass at my local physio centre who'll sort me out 4.00 Exeter Aztec Treasure (NAP) - think this one won very cosily last time and looks set to go in again today. Right -- lunch time !!

see a few people like Pepite Rose in 2.30 at Exeter , gone on Semi Colon myself, though think Lucky Mix could be a lively contender

Interesting stats those Degs, take it they are based on who has picked what? La Estrella must be the most popular Nap as well
