As we draw closer to the start of the Flat season, I thought I would put up the draw Bias that is thought to exist at the various tracks for peoples information.
Ascot
Slight bias for low-drawn horses on the straight course, especially when the going is soft.
Ayr
Slight bias for low-drawn horses on the straight course, especially when the going is soft and especially in large fields.
Bath
Slight bias for low-drawn horses on the five-furlong course.
Beverley
Slight bias for high-drawn horses up to 1 mile which becomes more noticeable the shorter the race distance.
Slight bias for low-drawn horses when the going is soft.
Brighton
Slight bias for low-drawn horses up to 1 mile.
Slight bias for high-drawn horses when the going is soft.
Carlisle
Slight bias for high-drawn horses up to 1 mile.
Catterick
Slight bias for low-drawn horses up to 7 furlongs.
Slight bias for high-drawn horses over 5 furlongs when the going is soft.
Chepstow
