They won 3-0, my cousin set up the first goal with a neat flick and scored the second direct from free kick before being substituted with about 15 mins left. Jack Wilshire was impressed judging by his twitter page

Having had a brief look there are a couple that might be worth investing in today, The nap will be Samizdat (again) in the 3.25 Carlisle. This horse still looks to be ahead of the handicapper and can complete the hat trick today Alos like the look of American Ladie in the first at Chepstow. Will be back with a few more later. Might even do what I did yesterday and see how many seconds I can get today

Sorry Guys,
I don't think that is a cert today as I can see Ballycarron Lad giving it a good run for it's money today.
This is a horse that finished 4th in a cross country chase last season, has been winning points, and ran over this trip albeit in a hurdles race, so does get the distance, switched to fences today, for me there is room for improvement and offers better value at 11/4. Price would have been bigger had Dollar Mick not been taken out

nothing is a cert to me , just varying degrees of confidence
My scale goes from not confident at all , to confident it might finish lol

Thanks Degs, that'll be my nap then. Not looked at any cards today, work is manic but have had it mentioned from some one who is normally spot on with info from this stable. I'll try to pop on later if I can find a paper and a spare half hour

5:20 Southwell . The Tiddly Tadpole
(Very weak race in which selections's speed figures don't look too bad. Worth a small bet at best price 13/2?).

I knows its a big field and I usually stay clear of the Irish racing , but am gonna chance a few gumbo beans on Me Pernickety in the 5.00 at Thurles (3/1) , Ruby Walsh's only ride of the day

Looked at the 3.15 at Chepstow and think i have found one that will go well at a nice price. FREEZE UP 6/1 Dropped 7lb to OR107 and if he’s in the form of his win at Plumpton of March 2009 when he won on similar going, then he’ll be hard to beat. Victory Gunner will find the going to quick at his age, Stongbows Legend is on too high a mark, Tim Vaughan is not in form lately either, and his runner Silver Story looks unlikely to stay this 3-mile trip. if FREEZE UP tries to make all (as he did when he last won) then he could have this race in the bag a long way out. Think i may have found one here

Tom, only playing Devil's advocate here but if the ground is still soft at Carlisle then I think it will be a hindrance for your NAP. Was going to back it last night but that put me off. Good luck to you though, I hope it wins.

Cheers Sizing,
Did look at that but hoping that it can still defy the penalty. Put it this way, if it wins todday, it won't be winning next time out lol

Samizdat has won on good ground and in the past at Carlisle won on soft gound (both those wins were this time last year), so omens are good
