Hi,
There is an unwritten rule amongst forums that you don't plug another in your general posts or without asking. I have set aside a thread in the welcome section. However it is common courtesy do this. Most other forums out there is would result in a ban and a black mark with out forums.
I have removed the link from your post, however I happy for you to post it in the section provided.
Many thanks
Jo

Sorry
Cut & pasted from a post I had just put on another website.
Forgot that bit at bottom about the website comes across aswell.
Bit rich though saying about on other forums would result in a ban , given your blatant plugging of this website on 606

606 isn't a privately run forum. Most forums that are derive from the old bbc forum and ch4 one.

All forums are like that. It's just a common courtesy. I have no attitude about it. I have provided a thread in the welcome section for people to plug other forums.
Degs, you do realise if you don't like the forum then no one is forcing you to stay. It's completely up to you. The guys who are regular get on well and enjoy it. So that's good enough for me.

All I can say is :-
fugees is a private forum so have the courtesy not to post links to this forum on there.
If it wasn't for StrongPromise's tipping comp wouldn't be on here , as most of the other content can straight off racingpost.com

Of course the stories, otherwise I would have to make things up. They are put up in our own words or with a link to the original story so people can discuss them if they so choose. On occassion I will get jockeys to contribute, and my friend who works for the paper I do has set up his own website for news in West Sussex.
I am not in the mood to argue with you, I am having a very good day with my little girl. So I will leave you to it. Not quite sure why you are being fairly nasty about it by belittling the forum. What is the point in that? All I asked you to do is respect forum etiquette. Not alot to ask is it,

I'm having a marvellous day , working in a job that pays well , get to look at horse racing all day.
What gets my goat is when you make an honest mistake about plugging another website and you receive a message about it written in a sinister tone in my opinion.
Then you get accused of being nasty about this website , well as you said 606 is a public forum, so if you are going to 'tout for business' on a public forum, then I am going to give my honest opinion on the public forum about what is being touted

Sinister, ok then. Thanks for making me chuckle with that comment.
That's nice. We should all be grateful with jobs we have in this current climate. I look forward going back to mine after maternity.
Have a nice day.
