Morning all
I really fo fancy/Nap is Ballyfitz (ew) in the Scottish National today. Yes he is out of the handicap, but he has found some of his old form recently when second in the Marathon at Uttoxeter. David England gets a tune out of him, and I think he is sure to go well @ 28/1.
Good Luck all!

Had a wonderful week back home in Ireland met up with some old friends had such a laugh but my internet access was crap bloody country full of farmers what do you expect LOL I can say that cause im irish LOL LOL
Ayr
3:25 The Minack
Was pretty decent as a Novice Hurdler winning 3 times and twice being placed in Group company. He was always gonna make a chaser and has done well twice winning over fences this season and his only defeat came at Ascot the last day in a G2 when he made 2 bad jumping errors but still stayed on quite eyecatchingly at the end.The ground is ideal and he should stay 4m.But the other real pointer that turns me on about this fella is that GOD Ruby Walsh gets down to 10st 1 to take the rise. Now Ruby very very rarely gets down to this weight the last time i can remember is when he rode Hurricane Fly in France just after he had joined Willie Mullins 3 years ago.
Newbury
1:35-Satwa Moon
Ran some decent races last season running into the places at a nice orice on more than one occassion.Stable banging in the winners left right and centre and could go very well at a nice price.
2:05-Verdant
Very much the type of horse SMS excels with a slow improving horse who comes into his own at 4.Has n't been seen since winning at Goodwood last July but is definitley the type who could develop into a group standard horse.
2:40-Perfect Tribute
Won on debut at Salisbury as a juvenile and much improved when 3rd in a G3 at Ascot over 6f.Will stay 7f and could go very close at a juicy price.
5:25-Voodoo Prince (NAP)
YES the greatest moment of the 2011 flat season is here the first offspring of the Superstar Mare Oujia Board and by Legendary sire King Mambo finally hits the racecourse.Never saw the racecourse at 2 after being very weak and backward but stable could turn water into wine at the moment and i have to back him.

The Nap today is most definately RUSSIAN WAR, in the 4.00 Ayr.
Won very well LTO at Aintree and more improvement to come, should not be beat in this race for me and 2/1 is good value.

Tom, got one of those trampolines for my kids last week, 10ft one, think that contributed to me hurting my back!! Here are my other selections to go with the nap, Ayr 3.25 - Always Right 9/1 (NAP) Ayr 2.50 - Hunterview 6/1 e/w Last year’s winner Overturn and Mille Chief top the handicap, both had hard races in the Champion Hurdle, and both might struggle to concede lumps of weight, not far off two stone from Overturn. Newbury 2.40 - Pontenuovo 4/1 She has 1000 Guinea's aspirations so should be up to winning this before running in Gunieas. Her French form included a respectable third behind Dream Ahead in G1 Prix Morny. Should take a lot of beating today. Ripon 4.10 - Dora`s Sister 10/1 e/w Rated very highly buy her trainer, yard are in form and could go very well at a nice price. Best of luck all
