Newmarket 3.15 - HAVANT 13/2 Havant will be carrying my money in the 1000 Guineas tomorrow, she raced twice as a 2 year old winning on both occasions. Both winning runs came at this course over 7f, once on soft ground and once on g/s. She won a G3 beating Look At Me by 3L showing a impressive turn of foot to win going away. Havant is reported to have been working very well at home and this unbeaten filly can claim the 1000 Guineas for her trainer. Newmarket 3.50 - HAMOODY 33/1 e/w Hamoody can run a nice race in this 5f sprint for sprint king D Nicholls, he has run over C+D twice winning once and finishing 5th, 2 1/2 lengths back. He made his debut this season at Beverley were he finished 10th 6 1/2 lengths behind the winner Breathless Kiss which was not a bad return at all. He normally takes a couple of races to put him spot on but at 33/1 i am willing to chance they have him fit enough to do himself justice tomorrow. Newmarket 5.00 - IZZI TOP 2/1 (NAP) Izzi Top is a horse that i am very interested in tomorrow, last season she caught my eye when finishing well to take 2nd on her debut under a very tender ride behind stable mate Devastation at a unfancied 33/1. She made her debut this season at Windsor where things did not go to plan in the race (bit slipped and did not handle the bend) but she still managed to win. She was in the 1000 Guineas until connections did the wise thing and opted to run her in this much weaker contest, she is still entered in the Oaks and can take this race before lining up at Epsom. Best of luck all

The stable are firing in the winners and I have had a very positive report for this horse, she looks like great value at a huge price.
Good Luck.

Afternoon all, hope you are all well...
I have rewatched Frankel about 5 times now. Unbelievable and how lucky we are to have witnessed that. However, we have an ultra competitive event that we have to look at now. Time and time again in the guineas horses come there with their first run of the season... and they have to be an excellent horse to pull it off. The majority of the favourites here are all coming without a prep run... the first 3 yesterday all had prep runs... so i will have to side with the french horse Moonlight Cloud (NAP) who won very easily at the start of April and looked like a mile will suit. Ground issues? Maybe but it was the best ground it encountered last time. If i was forced to back a first time up this year horse then it would be Memory. But Moonlight Cloud for me.

Afternoon Lads, Life and Soul 2.05 Newmarket (EW)Improver in handicaps last year, but that was halted in a competitive handicap on latest run last year. Though his run wasn't bad, he is off an attractive mark today, and looks sure to be in the Shake-up. Pachattack 2.35 NewmarketStayed on into a decent third in the Winter Derby at Lingfield. With the benefit of a run, he should go close in a wide-open heat. Trip would be an issue. Fireback 3.50 (EW)Not a lot of form to show but I think the ground should be ideal for him. Not a lot of pace in the race, and at decent odds, this is the one for me in a wide-open contest. Good Luck all
